MID-MISSOURI – A fast moving, damaging hail storm roared through mid-Missouri around 4:00 p.m. The Boone County Fire Protection District reports power lines down in Midway and Sturgeon. The Columbia Public School system warned parents buses may be late if the bus driver needed to take safety precautions as the severe rain storm move through town.
